How do I create an account?
To create an account, simply open Eggsplore and enter your phone number. You'll receive a verification code via SMS. Once verified, you can complete your profile by adding your name and location.
How do I post a listing?
To post a listing, tap the "+" tab at the bottom of the screen. Fill in your listing details including title, price, quantity, egg type, and description. You can also add photos and set your location. Your phone number must be verified before posting.
How do I contact a seller?
When viewing a listing, tap the "Contact Seller" button. You'll be able to message the seller directly through the app to discuss the purchase.
How do I rate a seller?
After interacting with a seller, you can rate them by visiting their listing and tapping the "Rate Seller" button. You can provide a rating out of 5 stars and leave a comment about your experience.
How do I edit or delete my listing?
To edit or delete your listing, navigate to the listing detail page. If you're the owner, you'll see "Edit" and "Delete" buttons at the bottom of the screen.
How do I filter listings?
Use the filters at the top of the home screen to sort by distance, price, or newest. You can also filter by egg type and other characteristics like organic feed and free-range.
What are Premium features?
Premium users get the ability to feature their listings, receive push notifications for new listings to get early access, and display a premium badge on their Profile.
How do I get Premium?
Premium features can be purchased through the App Store.

Eggsplore offers two subscription options:
- Monthly Premium: Billed monthly, cancel anytime
- Annual Premium: Save 37% with annual billing, cancel anytime
Important subscription terms:
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period

Tap the floating action button (+ icon) in the bottom-right corner of your schedule. Fill in the pet's information, select the service type (walk, sitting, drop-in, overnight), set the time, and enter the address. The app will automatically geocode the location.
How does route optimization work?
Martina uses AI-powered route optimization to suggest the most efficient travel order for your daily visits. The system considers your home base location, visit times, and traffic patterns to minimize travel time and fuel costs.
How do I complete a visit?
Swipe left on any visit card or tap the visit to open the detail view, then tap "Complete." You'll see a confirmation dialog to prevent accidental completions. Completed visits are visually marked and move to your completion history.
Can I manage multiple clients and pets?
Yes! Martina supports unlimited clients and pets. Each visit is linked to a specific pet and owner, with full contact information and service history. You can view all your saved clients in the Profile section.
How do I use the map features?
The map view shows all your visits as clustered markers, with your home base clearly marked. Tap any marker to see visit details and get directions. The app integrates with Apple Maps for turn-by-turn navigation and real-time traffic updates.
What are the different service types?
Martina supports four main service types: Walk (outdoor exercise), Sitting (in-home care), Drop-in (quick check-ins), and Overnight (extended stays). Each type has its own color coding and icon for easy identification.
How is my data stored and protected?
All your data is stored locally on your device and backed up to your iCloud account. Client information, visit history, and routes are never shared with third parties. You maintain full control over your business data.
Can I export my visit data?
Yes! Martina includes export functionality in the Profile section. You can export your schedule data for record-keeping, invoicing, or transferring to other business systems.
