Welcome to Hev LLC. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our applications: Pathsight, GymLens, Eggsplore, Poli-gone, Martina, Boozly, and Yap Cal (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By downloading, installing, or using any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HEV LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hev LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.

The following additional terms apply specifically to your use of Yap Cal, our AI-powered voice calorie tracking app.
AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Yap Cal uses artificial intelligence to estimate calories and nutritional information based on your food descriptions. These estimates are for informational purposes only and may not be 100% accurate. Actual nutritional values may vary based on portion sizes, preparation methods, specific brands, and other factors.
Not Medical Advice
Yap Cal is not a medical device and does not provide medical or nutritional advice. The calorie and macro estimates provided should not be used as the sole basis for dietary decisions. Always consult with qualified healthcare professionals, registered dietitians, or nutritionists for personalized dietary guidance, especially if you have health conditions, allergies, or specific nutritional requirements.
User Responsibility
You acknowledge and agree that:
- You are solely responsible for your dietary choices and health decisions
- AI estimates may contain errors and should be verified when accuracy is critical
- You will not rely solely on Yap Cal for managing medical conditions requiring precise nutritional tracking
- You understand that voice recognition may occasionally misinterpret your input
Data and Privacy
Your food logs and nutritional data are stored locally on your device. Voice recordings are processed on-device using Apple's Speech Recognition and are not transmitted to our servers. Food descriptions are sent to third-party AI services (OpenAI, Perplexity) for calorie estimation. Please review our Privacy Policy for complete details.
Limitation of Liability: Hev LLC shall not be liable for any health issues, dietary problems, or other damages arising from reliance on calorie or nutritional estimates provided by Yap Cal. Use of the app is at your own risk.
Boozly Terms
The following additional terms apply specifically to your use of Boozly, our AI-powered cocktail recipe app.
Age Requirement
Boozly is intended exclusively for users who are of legal drinking age in their jurisdiction (21 years or older in the United States). By using Boozly, you confirm that you are of legal drinking age and that you will not use the app to provide alcoholic beverage information to minors.
Responsible Drinking
Hev LLC promotes responsible alcohol consumption. Boozly provides cocktail recipes for entertainment and informational purposes only. We do not encourage excessive drinking, underage drinking, or drinking and driving. Please drink responsibly and know your limits.
No Alcohol Sales
Boozly does not sell, distribute, or facilitate the purchase of alcohol. The app only provides cocktail recipe suggestions based on ingredients you already own.
Health Warning: Alcohol consumption can be harmful to your health. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for ensuring exercises are performed with proper form and technique. Hev LLC is not liable for any injuries resulting from workouts suggested by GymLens.
Pathsight Terms
The following additional terms apply specifically to your use of Pathsight, our AI-powered navigation app.
Navigation Disclaimer
Pathsight provides AI-generated route suggestions. Always prioritize official traffic regulations, road signs, and conditions over app suggestions. Hev LLC is not responsible for any accidents, delays, or issues arising from following Pathsight routes.
Safe Driving
Do not operate Pathsight while driving. Set your destination before you begin driving and use audio navigation. Always keep your eyes on the road.
Martina Terms
The following additional terms apply specifically to your use of Martina, our professional pet care scheduling app.
Business Tool
Martina is designed to assist pet care professionals with scheduling and route management. You are responsible for the quality and safety of pet care services you provide. Hev LLC is not liable for any issues arising from pet care services.
Client Data
You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from clients before storing their information in Martina and for complying with applicable data protection laws.
Eggsplore Terms
